Education Systems Transformation

At Sanjhi Sikhiya we approach transformation from a systems lens.

The unit of change in our education system is a cluster which impacts which constitutes 10-12 schools within a 25 km radius. Through Cluster Transformation Program we enable structures and processes for learning and governance.

With the cluster acting as an organisation of schools, the process enables leadership from within the system and inculcates a culture of learning and growth. By strengthening relationships, creating a shared vision and enabling collective action we are able to directly impact the quality of learning in the classrooms.
